Return & Exchanges

Customers may return or exchange merchandise within 7 days of receipt (if any quality issues exist). Refunds will be made using the same method of payment.

Please note: Items marked "Final Sale" are not returnable or exchangeable.

Except for special offers and promotional items, our regular return and exchange policy still applies.

Cancellations

We accept order cancellations before the item is processed. If you cancel your order before this date, you will receive a full refund.

We are unable to cancel orders if the item has already shipped.

Return and Exchange Conditions

All items must be in their original selling condition, unworn, washed, or altered, with all tags intact.

All items must be returned with their original packaging.

All items must be returned in the same packaging.

Returns and exchanges must be made using the same service as the original shipment.

We only accept returns and exchanges from the original origin of the order. For example, orders shipped to the United States must be returned from within the United States.

Customized items are not returnable.

Unfortunately, returns and exchanges are not free (import and shipping costs are your responsibility).

For hygiene reasons, underwear, some jewelry, cosmetics, and skincare products are not returnable. Swimming trunks and swimsuits can only be returned if sanitary pads are in perfect condition.

Of course, any defective item can be returned.

We reserve the right not to accept any return or exchange if the item shows signs of wear, has been used, or is no longer in its original condition.

If we deny your refund/exchange, we will notify you; you will have the option of returning the item at your own expense.

How do I return an item or my entire order?

Step 1: Please contact our Customer Service team and provide the following information to begin the return process:

Order number

Proof of purchase

Video or photo of the item in question

Step 2: Return your receipt along with the item in its original packaging.

Step 3: Hand the package to the courier. After the courier inspects the return, please seal the package securely.

Refunds

If you return an item, your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded for returns with your store name (e.g., shoplus).

Once your package arrives with us, please allow time (e.g., 7-14 business days) (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the listed conditions, the package will be returned to you at your expense. Once your return is accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
